OUR STORY
My name is Patrique Mercier and our story at The House of Mercier began with a simple yet profound realization – in many business interactions, customer service often takes a backseat. We recognized a need for change, a shift in focus where the customer is not just a number, but a valued relationship deserving of exceptional service.
Driven by this insight, we embarked on a journey to create a BPO that places customer satisfaction at the forefront. We noticed a common trend in the industry where other BPOs often prioritize profit margins over genuine customer interactions.
